Delete your account

Effective 1 June 2026

You can permanently delete your Community Chulha account and all associated data from this page, without installing the Android app. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

What gets deleted

Your profile (name, phone, society, flat, photos, kitchen details, UPI ID, bio).
Your menu listings (dishes, prices, schedules, photos) — if you are a HomeChef.
Your orders (placed and received), reviews, and ratings you have written.
Your verification documents and Gold Member status.
Your push-notification tokens and WhatsApp opt-in.
Your Firebase Authentication record (mobile/email sign-in).

What is kept for legal / accounting reasons

Anonymised order records (totals, dates, society) may be retained to meet tax and book-keeping obligations under Indian law. These records do not identify you personally — your name, phone number, flat, and other personal details are removed.

Before you delete

If you have pending orders to deliver or receive, please complete or cancel them first.
If you owe HomeChef dues or are awaiting a refund, settle those first — once deleted, we cannot retrieve them.
Download anything you want to keep (your own photos, etc.) — they will be removed from our servers.

For your safety, you need to sign in with the same mobile number or email used on your Community Chulha account before we can delete it.

After signing in, return to this page to complete deletion.

Need help instead?
